Management Developement Programm (MDP)
You are a young professional with university degree and you are looking for a possibility to develop yourself in a professional, international and growing company? You have willingness to learn, to travel and to get an impression of working in different cultural environments? We are looking for open minded team players who are skilled in English and Economics / technical field of study.
VULCAN international GmbH is offering a Management Development Program to people with required skills. During the MDP with duration for about one year, you will take part in extensive internal and external trainings.

Main training contents are:

• Leadership
• Project Management
• Finance & Controlling
• Production & Logistics
• Quality Assurance

Most of the MDP will take place in Romania in different companies of VULCAN international GmbH and several departments. You will be lead by a Board member from VULCAN international GmbH who will care for you and your job-related future.
